Creekview Students Qualify for National Speech Tournament

Creekview students Kevin King, Mitchell Ferguson (seniors), Patrick Lyons and Kevin Kehl (sophomores) qualified for the National Forensic League Speech Tournament to held this June in Indianapolis. These young men represent the top 1% of all students that participate in competitive speech across the country. To attend, students must place among the top competitors at one of NFL’s 107 district tournaments. Qualifiers will compete for more than $200,000 in college scholarships in one of eleven events. The events our students qualified in are:
  • King in Original Oratory
  • Ferguson in Humorous Interpretation
  • Lyons and Kehl in Duo Interpretation
