To better prepare Ranchview High School students for their prom on April 20, Liberty Mutual of Irving sponsored the Prom Crash Car Event at the school on Thursday, April 18. A wrecked car with several story boards (teen auto fatalities) was parked out front of Ranchview for English classes to tour during the event. All students also received a parent letter explaining the event and a parent-teen driving contract during their advisory classes.
Liberty Mutual representative Lillian Muniz talked with students during lunchtime in the cafeteria and provided additional information about texting and driving, teen passengers and teen auto fatalities.
