Central Elementary Surprised with New Music Carpet

Central Elementary students were surprised when they arrived in music class to see a brand new music carpet.  The hand tufted carpet was a surprise addition to the room, even to the new music teacher, Mrs. Diedrich.  Now they have more room and can sit in a circle, using the carpet as a resource and a learning tool.   There is a staff with the treble and bass clefs, a keyboard, solfege syllables, and different note values on each square where the students sit.
