NSHS Track and Field Athletes Advance to Regionals

After competing in the Area 9-10 4A Championships, the following athletes will advance to the Region II-4A Championships at UTA:

Varsity Boys – Regional Qualifiers

D’Antea Allen, Ryan Huntley, Dominic Mayberry, Jeff Moore - Area Champion 4x400m Relay
Jeff Moore – Area Champion 800m and 4th Place 1600m.  Jeff also broke the Newman Smith 800m record. The new school record is 1:54.26 (FAT).
Ramon Lee – 3rd Place Discus
Tre Gardner - 4th Place 200m

Varsity Girls – Regional Qualifiers

Brianna Cotton, Dasia Johnson, Ahmani Green, Chelsea Francis - 2nd Place 4x100m Relay
