Congratulations to the Creekview High School Wind Symphony on their invitation to perform at The 65th Annual Midwest Clinic: An International Band and Orchestra Conference held at McCormick Place West (Chicago, Illinois) in December.
Midwest
The Midwest Clinic--the world's largest instrumental music conference--presents nearly 40 concerts including orchestras, concert bands, jazz bands, and chamber music ensembles for almost 16,000 participants from all 50 states and more than 30 countries. The Creekview High School Wind Symphony was selected from a pool of more than 150 applicants to perform at the conference this year.

In addition, the Creekview Wind Symphony is also to be congratulated for their recent recording advancement from the Area B competition for the Texas Music Educators Association Honor Band competition to the state level. The recording was one of the top fourteen considered on July 24 in San Antonio for the prestigious TMEA Honor Band award. Creekview's Wind Symphony placed eighth in the 4A State Honor Band competition.
