RHS Swimmers Place in Invitational

 Ranchview High School swimmers Sinjin Venegas, Sarah Rovi and Ilya LeBoulch were named top campus athletes, finishing in the top eight in their respective events in C-FB’s New Year’s Classic Invitational.

Venegas was 6th in the 500 Free and 7th in the 200 Free, while Rovi was 8th in the 100 Back and LeBoulch grabbed 7th in diving. There were a number of best performances as the Wolves took on a record 37 teams. The girls’ team finished in 14th place, while the boys’ team took 13th. For her participation over the holiday practices and her continued improvement, Damaris Villalobos was named the team’s ninth “Athlete of the Week!.”
