For the past several years, we have annually asked for input from parents of elementary aged students through a paper survey sent home with students. From time to time, we have also conducted random sampled phone surveys of secondary parents. This year, we would like to expand the annual input received by including the parents of secondary students with the same survey used for the parents with elementary students but just in an online format.
We value your input and we request that you take a few moments to answer this short survey about your child's secondary campus. We will use your input to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, campuses and the district.
