The Creekview Speech team was named National Champions this weekend. The National Individual Events Tournament of Champions (NIETOC) was held in San Antonio and Creekview with 6 students edge out its completion to receive the Mid Division National Championship title. Creekview’s entire entry advanced to the elimination rounds.
Quarterfinalist (Top 24) were:
Kevin Kehl (Freshman) and Patrick Lyons (Freshman) in Duo Interpretation
Semifinalist (Top 12)
Maddie Wright (Sophomore) and Michel Ferguson (Freshman) in Duet Acting
Finalist
Mitchell Ferguson (Junior) 5th place in Original Oratory
Kevin King (Junior) and Mitchell Ferguson 4th place in Duo Interpretation
Kevin King 3rd place in Original Oratory
