C-FB Swimmers Compete at District Quad Meet

Ranchview High School girls’swimming and diving team won its first dual of the season, beating Turner 110-69 in the annual C-FB Quad Meet. Co-Captain Sarah Rovi was the top performer for the Wolves, winning the 500 Free and 100 Back-stroke.  The girls lost their other two matches with Newman Smith 208-110 and Creekview 131-110.  Creekview won the overall boys title, beating Ranchview 255-103.  Swimmer Sinjin Venegas won the 100 and 200 meter Free-style to lead the boys’ team performances.  Eric Arumugam, who was 3rd in the 200 IM and 4^th in the 500 Free-style, was named the team’s second “Athlete of the Week” for his event contributions.
