Lion Marching Band Scores Superior Rating at UIL Contest

On Oct. 20, the R. L. Turner Lion Marching Band competed in the 5A Region 24 UIL Marching Contest at Standridge Stadium. The Lions earned a First Division rating (Superior Rating) and they now advance to the Area B Marching Contest to be held on Oct. 27 at Clark Stadium in Plano.
