Lionettes Garner Several Awards at Dance Contest

On Feb. 25, the R. L. Turner Lionettes competed in the Showtime International Contest, “Dallas Dance Spectacular,” at Poteet High School in Mesquite, TX. The Lionettes officers walked away with Sweepstakes, Judges’ Award, Best in Class Jazz and Best in Class Lyrical awards. The Lionettes team won the Sweepstakes, Best in Class Novelty and Best in Class Pom awards.
