Moving Ground Dance Company had an amazing experience at the 11th National High School Dance Festival in Philadelphia, PA March 7-11. The Creekview dancers took over 120 dance classes in areas such as Yoga, Musical Theatre, Liturgical Dance, Ballet, Floor Barre, Kung Fu Modern, Modern, Dance Medicine & Injury Avoidance, Improvisation, Contact Improvisation, Interplay Improvisation, Horton Modern, Israeli Folk Dance, Contemporary Modern, Jazz, African Dance, Old School Hip Hop, Modern Partnering, Bollywood, and Shen Wei Modern & Repertory.
Additionally, three dancers auditioned for scholarships. With almost 500 dancers auditioning from all over the United States, Canada and Australia, all three CHS dancers were offered a scholarship:
