Here is what you need to register a new student:
- Birth certificate (original)
- Social Security card (if available)
- Immunization record (see new requirements)
- Last report card
- Lease/Mortgage
- Utility Bill
- Transcript/Withdrawl form from previous school (if available)
- Two proofs of residency
- Current lease or mortgage and current utility bill (gas, water, electric)
- Or driver’s license, voter registration, bank or insurance statement
