On Jan. 19, fine arts students at Newman Smith High School rehearsed for their upcoming musical performance, "The Music Man", which will be held Jan. 27-29.
Also, R. L. Turner is performing "Macbeth" on January 20, 21, 22 and January 27, 28, 29 at 7 p.m.

Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD has an innovative fine arts program which boasts 12 students that have made All State Band, Choir and Orchestra this year.
