The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (C-FB ISD) Board of Trustees approved principal appointments at its regular meeting on May 3, 2012. The appointments will be for the 2012-2013 school year.
Elementary
Las Colinas Elementary- Ahveance Jones (currently assistant principal at Kent and Sheffield)
Tom Landry Elementary - Imelda Alcala (currently assistant principal at McWhorter)
McWhorter Elementary - Yanet Cardoza (currently assistant principal in Lewisville ISD)
Blair Elementary - Kim Chow (currently assistant principal at Central)
Middle School
Field Middle School - Stephanie Cherney (currently associate principal at R.L. Turner)
Polk Middle School - Melanie Magee (currently associate principal at Ranchview)
Additionally, the following principal reassignments will be in effect for the 2012-2013 school year.

Lori Parker from Blair Elementary to Furneaux Elementary
Kathy Grieb from Sheffield Primary to Country Place Elementary
Amy S. Miller - Sheffield Primary will be combined with Sheffield Intermediate with one principal.
Janet Restivo from Kelly Pre-K to Freeman Elementary
Lance Hamlin from Tom Landry Elementary to Blalack Middle School
Benita Gordon from McWhorter Elementary to Director of Elementary Personnel
