R. L. Turner Student Selected as Finalist

R. L. Turner High School student, Christy Purnadi, was selected as one of ten finalists for the Mayborn Conference Biography Contest. As a finalist, she will attend a one-day revising-and-editing workshop with the published author, James McGrath Morris, and her essay will be published in the Dallas Morning News. She will also get to attend the Mayborn Literary Nonfiction Conference in Grapevine.
